These Terms of Use apply to the public website operated for LisaCare Psychiatry and Wellness ("LisaCare," "we," or "us"). By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
General information only
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for an individual evaluation by a qualified clinician. Health information changes, and content that is useful in general may not apply to your circumstances.
Using this website, sending a general message, or starting an online booking workflow does not by itself create a patient-clinician relationship. A relationship begins only through LisaCare's approved clinical process.
Emergencies
LisaCare's website, general email, and telehealth service are not emergency services and are not monitored for emergency response. If you are in immediate danger or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. In the United States, you may also call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Scheduling and services
Online scheduling is a request or workflow step and does not guarantee that an appointment has been accepted. Clinical eligibility, patient location, provider availability, required forms, and other practice requirements may affect whether care can be provided. Service details, fees, insurance handling, cancellation terms, and payment obligations are provided through the applicable scheduling, intake, consent, or financial documents.
LisaCare provides telehealth subject to clinician licensure, authorization, clinical appropriateness, and the patient's physical location at the time of service. Current service states are Texas, Oregon, and Washington. Eligibility is confirmed through the clinical workflow.
Appropriate use
You may use the website for personal, lawful informational purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that violates law or another person's rights, impersonate another person, or use the website to send unlawful or harmful material.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, design, graphics, logos, and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights held by LisaCare or their respective owners. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. Other reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder unless the law allows it.
External services and links
The website may link to third-party services, including an OptiMantra booking workflow, and to educational or government resources. Third parties control their own content, availability, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee or adopt every statement on the linked site.
