Telehealth psychiatric care in Washington
LisaCare Psychiatry and Wellness provides telehealth psychiatric evaluations and medication management for patients who will be physically located in Washington during their appointment. Prisca Oketch, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Washington. LisaCare serves all ages across the lifespan and provides care in English and Swahili.

Washington appointments are currently cash-pay, and insurance enrollment is pending. LisaCare does not currently list an accepted Washington insurance network. Medicaid acceptance is limited to Oregon. Ask the practice to confirm the current payment arrangement before planning care.
Cash-pay fees are $200 for an initial visit and $150 for a follow-up visit. LisaCare also lists a $75 monthly Gold membership for follow-up appointments in medication management and brief psychotherapy; patients can cancel anytime.
